This is a wonderful quote from the book "Atlas Shrugged" by Ayn Rand. This book has moved me and challenged me personally and mentally. Overall what i have taken from it is this, keep sanity, health, and happiness in mind at all times and never ever scarafice it for the illusion of happines or pseudo-certainties. Keep moving and when it seems like you aren't moving anywhere, stop and look around and gather yourself, then move on and dont look back only look to where you must go. Dont complain just do what is needed to ensure what you want and need gets accomplished. And dont forget to do something you love, something that gives you happiness and peace of mind and the confidence you need to press forward in this life. Do it and keep doing it!
